Set your room and service unit rates here. In Itemised build-up, room counts use these rates (quantity × unit price). You do not edit prices next to the room quantities.
Materials & costing
Paying by the hour is simple, but if a job runs long you pay more while the customer price stays fixed. Many businesses agree a fixed price per job instead — use hours as a guide to set a fair rate, then agree it up front. Read more in the guide.

Defaults to £0 — many subcontractors supply their own. Enter only if you provide product for this job.
Editable. Starts from the suggested hours; editing creates a manual override. In fixed-price mode, hours are a fairness guide (rate ÷ hours = £/hour).
This rounds the final customer price. It does not control labour-time rounding.
Suggested hours continue updating from the job details. Labour Hours Used can be manually overridden and will remain in use until you select Use Suggested Hours or reset the job.
Travel & Discount
Discount applies to cleaning services and add-ons. Travel charges are excluded.
